I wrote this book when at forty I discovered the way back into my teenage years through Max and Chloe's supernatural story, waaay after the both first Life Is Strange games were initially released. I wanted to grasp that feeling they instilled in me, capture it, and release back – in my own coming-of-age tale.

Mind you: this is an original work, not a Life Is Strange fanfic. I took the vibes, but blended in some of my favorite spices: hard science, soft humor, and a spoonful of maple syrup.
